Hold the tooth brush just under the gum line
at a 45 degree angle. Gently jiggle the
brush or move in tiny circles over the teeth
and gums. Repeat for each tooth.
Brush the inside of each tooth using the
same jiggling action in step1.Gently brush
the outside, inside and chewing surface of
each tooth using short back-and-forth
For chewing surface use a light back and
forth motion. Gently brush your tongue to
remove bacteria and freshen breath.
Dental Care Tips for Flossing
If you are really dental care conscious, flossing
makes sure that dental plaque is removed on regular
basis and your teeth stays healthy. This very useful
dental care practice is shown below:
Special dental floss thread made of plastic
or nylon is available in market. Idea is to
gently insert thread in the areas of teeth
where there is chance for plaque to get
stored. By moving this thread with slow
